Jessie and James share a uniform, not a design. Both wear the white Team Rocket top with the red R, but Jessie's is a cropped top with a short skirt, black gloves, and a huge magenta swept-back ponytail; James wears a long-sleeve top with white trousers and short lavender-blue hair. Build them as a pair or pick one.

Both uniforms are simple sewing. Jessie's hair is the one genuinely hard piece — that swept ponytail needs an armature to hold its shape all day.
